Specification

A ready-made business project:

The Industrial Park is located on one of the main thoroughfares of the city - Slobozhansky Avenue. The project envisages the construction of internal roads, intra-quarter passages, bicycle and pedestrian networks. The company has also developed a project for the construction of a main water supply system, storm sewers, gravity and pressure domestic sewers, and a gas pipeline reconstruction project. The design of an electrical substation and power supply networks has been ordered. In addition, it is planned to create up to 30 new eco-friendly industries (enterprises) and art objects to equip the 800-metre-long park area.

The city authorities fully support and facilitate the development of the Industrial Park, so they provide local incentives and support from the beginning to the end of the investment. In addition, depending on the investor's needs, the boundaries of the Industrial Park can be extended.
