Korosten City Council announces an open competition for the selection of a management company for the industrial park “Korosten-Podilskyi”.

Subject of the competition: Selection of a management company for the industrial park “Korosten-Podilskyi”.

Object of the competition: The industrial park “Korosten-Podilskyi”, established by the decision of the 42nd session of the Korosten City Council of the VIII convocation dated 20.02.2025, No. 2174, located on two land plots with a total area of 78.0236 hectares, divided by a road, according to the zoning plan of the city of Korosten:

• No. 1822386600:14:000:0035 with an area of 56.1741 ha

• No. 1822386600:14:000:0010 with an area of 21.8495 ha

The land plots are located within the city of Korosten and belong to the category of lands for industry, transport, communications, energy, defense, and other purposes.

Designated purpose (code 11.02) – for placement and operation of main, auxiliary, and supporting buildings and structures of enterprises in the processing, mechanical engineering, and other industries.

Term for which the industrial park is created: 30 years from the date of establishment of the industrial park “Korosten-Podilskyi” (20.02.2025).

The competition begins on the date of publication of this announcement.

Proposals from competition participants will be accepted until 17:00 on 01.07.2025. Envelope opening will take place on 03.07.2025 at the premises of the Executive Committee of the Korosten City Council at: 22 Hrushevskoho St., office 13, Korosten.

Registration fee: The registration fee is 8,500.00 UAH (to be paid via bank transfer to the registration account of the Department of Economics of the Executive Committee of the Korosten City Council and used for organizing and preparing the competition).
