We are pleased to officially announce a new strategic partnership between the Ukrainian Development Alliance and the international company SWECO — the largest engineering company in Europe and one of the global leaders in engineering consulting services. This collaboration opens new opportunities for the development of infrastructure and industry in Ukraine.

SWECO, with its extensive experience in designing cities of the future and creating sustainable solutions for society, has become a key strategic partner in the implementation of our programs. Specifically, the company will actively participate in pre-project preparation and the development of concepts for Ukraine’s industrial parks, as well as attract investments into the projects of the Ukrainian Development Alliance.

One of the first projects where SWECO will leverage its expertise is the “Green Lactic” Industrial Park. The company will not only provide consulting services but also invest significant funds in the development of the park’s infrastructure. At the initial stage, the investment will amount to 44 million euros, which will be directed towards creating modern energy and transportation infrastructure.

SWECO places great emphasis on social impact and improving the quality of life. Therefore, this project is being implemented on the basis of public-private partnership and aims to meet the energy needs of not only the industrial park but also the local community. Additionally, the project includes plans for the construction of housing for park employees, the development of social infrastructure, and the creation of comfortable living and working conditions.
