Specification

Favorable location

The Industrial Park has a good geographical location. There are paved roads right from the border of the park's site, as the Industrial Park is located within the city limits. Also, the international highway "N-03" is only 300 metres away. In addition, the community has a convenient logistics infrastructure (railways, airports, seaports), which is necessary to minimise transport costs. It is also close to the EU, only 91 km away and 31 km to the border with Moldova.

Flexible terms of cooperation

The city government completely supports and promotes the development of the Industrial Park, so it provides local incentives and accompanies the investment from start to finish. In addition, the community has access to skilled labour:
Khotyn Vocational College of Higher Educational Institution "Podillia State University" (450 persons/year)
Stavchany Vocational Lyceum (260 persons/year)
Kamianets-Podilskyi Higher Vocational School ( 360 persons/year)
