Conditions for participants:

  • Participants, as business entities of any form of ownership, must be registered within the administrative-territorial unit in which the industrial park is located (for the purpose of collecting taxes from business activities into the local budget).
  • An agreement must be concluded, in accordance with current legislation, between the participants and the managing company of the industrial park regarding the transfer of land plots for possession and use (sublease), with the right to develop the land within the boundaries of the industrial park.
  • A contract must also be signed with the managing company of the industrial park for conducting business activities within the industrial park, in accordance with Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine “On Industrial Parks”.
  • A strategic development plan for the enterprise(s) must be in place for a minimum of 5 years.
  • The minimum guaranteed term for conducting business activities within the industrial park is 7 years.
  • Priority should be given to employing Ukrainian citizens, particularly residents of the city of Korosten and surrounding areas.
  • The minimum number of jobs created should range from 10 to 50 per 1 hectare of the industrial park area.
  • Participants must directly fulfill their investment obligations (the participant is not entitled to transfer their rights and/or obligations under the contract for conducting business activities within the industrial park to third parties).

Local incentives:

  • Reduced rental rate for the use of a land plot is 0.1% of the regulatory monetary value.
  • Exemption from income tax for 10 years.
  • Reduced VAT rate on equipment imported for domestic production.
  • Exemption from import duties on industrial equipment.
  • Public incentives, such as receiving funds on a non-refundable basis for the development of an industrial park and the construction of engineering and transport infrastructure.
