Natural resources

Not far from the Industrial Park are two saponite deposits with current reserves: Varvarivske - 17.8 million tons, Tashkivske 4.8 million tons. Scientists note a high degree of ecological purity of the clay material, which has high sorption properties and is valuable for filtering drinking and wastewater. It can be used as adsorbents and trace element additives for both pharmaceutical and agricultural needs.
Also more than 55% or 3983 hectares of the community's territory are covered by public forests, where 70% of all trees are coniferous, the rest are oak, birch, and black alder. The annual volume of wood permitted for harvesting is 93.3 thousand м³ (269 hectares). This availability of unique natural resources contributes to the development of the woodworking industry, harvesting and processing of wild plants.

In addition, the community has a source of artesian water supply from a 150 m deep well and additional treatment facilities with six filtration stages and an iron removal station. There is a possibility of connecting new production facilities to the treatment plant network, where the volume of additional water supply is up to 4 000 cubic meters per day.

Infrastructure

The repaired H25 national road in 2024 provides access to the international highway M06 "Kyiv-Chop" (70 km), connects the community with the cities of Rivne (76 km) and Khmelnytskyi (118 km). An extensive network of railway tracks with two directions of freight and passenger traffic makes the location of the Industrial Park convenient for logistics and interregional cooperation.
