Conditions for participants:

  • Participants, as business entities of any form of ownership, must be registered within the administrative-territorial unit where the industrial park is located — that is, within the Trostianets urban territorial community (to ensure the collection of business-related taxes to the local municipal budget).

     

  • Participants are required to conclude, in accordance with current legislation, an agreement with the managing company of the industrial park for the use of land (sublease), granting the right to develop the land within the boundaries of the industrial park.

     

  • Additionally, a contract for conducting business activities within the industrial park must be signed with the managing company, in accordance with Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine “On Industrial Parks”.

Local incentives:

  • The minimum land lease payment is set at $155 for 39.96 hectares.
  • Successful geographic location (availability of the arterial highways and access roads)
  • Closeness of the main utilities
  • Availability of the updated city planning documentation
  • Support of the city council in attracting investments

  • Water supply

    Water supply to the site is possible by connecting to the water intake on Hurskoho Street. The distance to the potential connection point to the existing water pipeline is 0.01 km.
    The diameter of the existing pipeline is 200 mm.
    The reserve capacity of the pipeline at the potential connection point is 15 m³/hour.
    The estimated cost of connecting the site to the water supply will be determined by design and cost documentation based on calculations.

  • Natural gas supply

    Distance to the existing gas pipeline: 0.45 km
    • Diameter of the gas pipeline: 250 mm
    • Gas pressure in the pipeline: 13 kgf/cm²
    • Distance to the existing gas distribution station (GDS): 0.45 km
    • Estimated cost of connecting the gas network to the site will be determined by design and cost documentation based on calculations.

  • Electricity supply

    Distance to the existing power transmission line (PTL) – along the northwestern boundary of the land plot runs a 10 kV power line "Hai".
    • Voltage of the transmission line (kV): 10 kV
    • Distance to the existing transformer substation: the central city substation is located 0.9 km from the land plot
    • Voltage at the transformer substation: 10 kV
    • Reserve capacity at the transformer substation: 12,049 kW
    • Estimated cost of connecting the electrical grid to the site will be determined by design and cost documentation based on calculations. A solar power plant with a capacity of 5.7 MW has been built at a distance of 20 meters from the industrial park and can provide alternative energy supply for park participants.

Convenient Location

The Industrial Park has a good geographical location. There are asphalt roads right from the boundary of the park's site, as the Industrial Park is located within the city limits. Also, the H-12 national highway is only 2.5 km away. In addition, due to the common border with "Mondelez Ukraine", there is a 0.8 km access to the railway line operated by this company.

Flexible terms of cooperation

The city authorities fully support and promote the development of the Industrial Park, therefore they provide local incentives and accompany the investment from start to finish. In addition, depending on the needs of the investor, land plots of various configurations and areas can be formed within the Industrial Park.
