Number of participants and other subjects – absent
Conditions for participants:
- Participants, as business entities of any form of ownership, must be registered within the administrative-territorial unit where the industrial park is located — that is, within the Trostianets urban territorial community (to ensure the collection of business-related taxes to the local municipal budget).
- Participants are required to conclude, in accordance with current legislation, an agreement with the managing company of the industrial park for the use of land (sublease), granting the right to develop the land within the boundaries of the industrial park.
- Additionally, a contract for conducting business activities within the industrial park must be signed with the managing company, in accordance with Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine “On Industrial Parks”.
Local incentives:
- The minimum land lease payment is set at $155 for 39.96 hectares.
- Successful geographic location (availability of the arterial highways and access roads)
- Closeness of the main utilities
- Availability of the updated city planning documentation
- Support of the city council in attracting investments
- Minimum coefficient of the land plot rent (3%)
- Availability of the qualified labor market and of opportunities to train and retrain the staff in the city
- Developed small and medium size business, which is able to deliver additional services for the investors
